SS8: – Finished the concept map & research on “Achievements of the Roman Empire”

SS8 – Tues we finished handing in the MLK assignment and map of Roman Empire. On Wed we started on a concept map on Achievements of the Roman Empire.

SS11 — Tues we concluded notes on Home front and did 5 key points on some vid. clips. Wed. we did a concept map on Women’s Role in WWI. Due at end of class.

SS11 Friday – complete 2-10 poem, 2-13,2-14 on war in air/sea. On Monday we started on Ex. 2-11 on the WWI Battles, should be mostly complete, but will pick up next day a little.

SS8 Friday – Roman empire map completed on Friday. Monday we finished the MLK assignment in Classroom.

SS11 – Today we did 5 key points on vid clips, HW read p. 45-51. Quiz tomorrow!

SS8 – Today we learned about Latitude and Longitude. Worked a little on MLK sources.- will finish this next day.

SS11 – Short block today – Completed a concept map on “Life in WWI Trenches” with 6 subtopics in small groups……….

SS8 – Finished discussion on sources and more practice next day.

SS11 – EX.2-1 is to be done for HW (Scavenger Hunt). Today we also started out map of Canada and the world. – Due on Monday.

SS8 – Today we went over the map criteria sheet, tomorrow we will start a map assignment.
