FRIDAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR ALL LATE ASSIGNMENTS

Hi11: Mon we had a Test WWII, Did a concept map on the UN on Tues- done in Classroom. Wed we got into cold war, notes and exit slip.

Gen12: working on novel study and the final project.

Hi11: project is due Friday end of class. Mon is WWII test. Outline was given in class today.

Gen12: Cultural genocide questions are for HW now, also we have two short q’s in Google Class room on the TRC. Friday we get last projects.

Hi11: The WWII battle sheets were due on Monday. We have started a WWII battle research project – details in Classroom. Due end of class on Friday. Includes written report component, and creative part.

Gen12: Yugo video was due on Monday. We started with an exit slip q’s on Cultural Genocide today.

Hi11: Battle of WWII sheets are due on Monday.

Gen12: Wed the battles WS on Yugoslavia was due. Started a 60sec video project on Yugoslavia genocide topics, will work on until end of Monday.

Hi11: We finished notes on WWII and some video’s (with 5 key points done) covering key points of War. Today & Wed we completed a “finding sources” lesson

Gen12: Groups completed a jigsaw Balkans Map. Tues we did a handout on Yugoslavia -wars and background sheet.

Hi11: Last few days we started on WWII and did notes on Phase 1-4. Did some 5key notes on a related video.

Gen12: Completed the journal assignment on the KH. Started a jigsaw puzzle on the Balkans.

Hi11: Monday the timeline on Hitler’s rise to power was due. We finished the movie on Hitler, two paragraph questions are due on Thurs. Wed we had a Fascism Quiz

Gen12: We did a concept map on Khmer Rouge ideology. Also watched documentary on Cambodia. Wed we started a movie and a journal entry assignment on a group’s experiences.

Hi11: Notes on Germany completed this week. We did timelines of Hitler’s Rise to Power-criteria on smartboard.

On Tues we will have a Fascism quiz

Gen12: We completed the questions on Rwanda and then on Friday handed in a comic on Romeo Dallaire & the UN in Rwanda.

Hi11:  This week in the new term we have been working on FAscism – Finished a map on Germany, sheet- U2 Ex.6 What is Fascism, U2 Ex3 Fascism, Hitler’s Germany -video

Gen12: We have done 8 questions on Rwanda & completed a concept map on Rwanda Genocide in sm groups

Wed is STAMP day & last day for all assignments. END of term.

Hi11: Thursday we have a Communism test. Also Wed due is China Questions and the China Comic.

Gen12: Wed end of class the Holocaust project is due.
